Please, if there are any issues (regarding cleaning, maintenance etc.) the Zandvoort team is asking us to directly check all the information needed with the guests (e.g.: do they want us to send the cleaning team again? When would it suit them? Do they want to be present or can the cleaning come anytime without them being there?
Do they need to be contacted before the team goes there?etc)
Then IMMEDIATELY create a task for this issue and add all of this collected information in the task-->Then info in the group so they can organize.
